About me

My name is Andy Lu. I like to look into the world and find possibilities on how to make life more convenient. As a highly skilled designer with 10 years of UI and UX experience and 3 years of web design, I master the methodology of user-centered design.

You give me a mission and I make things possible! When I was in htc, our team completed mobile UX and UI with limited resources. We started the project with my manager and I. We went through the project from concept to implement. We complete the team's goal with limited resources. I pride myself in striving beyond what’s expected. I have granted 10 patents inventions in the UX and UI field in China, United States, and Taiwan during my career. Right now I work in FETnet Telecom, designing the official website. In 2021 we achieved our goals which included “unaided awareness” , “brand consideration”, “network image” and “5G association to No. 2”.

Based on data driven design, big data is essential to enhance user experience. I got a master degree in applied statistics in Fu Jen University whileI was working. And my college major is graphic communication of arts in National Taiwan University of Arts. Combining arts and science let me to find different ways to discover more users' behavior and bring more surprises.

Most of all, I am a team player and an experienced UI and UX designer with data analysis technique, who is looking for a challenge and am ready to build something great.
